Chapter Four in Leading Public Organizations on
 Approaches to Leadership: Normative, Situational, and Contingency and answer the following question. 
Section III (Interpersonal & Group Behavior) in Classics of Organizational Behavior.
 
Think about an important leadership decision in which you participated recently.
 
1.   What were the goals you wished to achieve?
2.   How clearly defined were the goals?
3.   Did they differ from the goals of others who had a stake in the decision?
4.   How were differences of opinion dealt with?
5.   Would 360-Degree Feedback Loops assist the leader?
