Research Methodology

This hmework includes several tasks.  Each exercise is graded separately.  The overall homework grade is the average of the grades for each task.  Please elaborate thoroughly; use complete sentences; make sure to address the assignment prompt. The following general deductions will apply (per occurrence):

-3 points minor stylistic imperfections; poor wording, other small infractions;
-7 points notable errors, mistakes, misinterpretations;
-15 points serious misinterpretations and errors.
The responses that are manifestly underdeveloped and substantively off track will not earn any points.

The city is concerned about the growing numbers of homeless people and the capacity of non-profit service providers and faith communities to meet the needs as the economy gets worse.  City officials would like to conduct a focus group with the key players most involved in this issue. What five questions would you suggest for a focus group session?
