Went to ID card office and the gentleman with the glasses at the front had the worst attitude and demeanor. Came the counter and he couldnt be bothered to get up and even put his cell phone down. I started to speak and he cut me off and gruffly said we arent taking walk-ins and proceeded to go back to his cell phone. This type of customer service is unacceptable and makes the organization look bad as a whole. This office is providing an essential service. Customers who are just PCSing here have questions and concerns that should be met with patience and understanding, not crass attitudes.
